1). Machine's body

2). Knife plate of mechanics: 1 set
The knife plate is driven by motor machinery. When no bottle is delivered, the machine has no motion. It helps to gain using time and get more safety. At the same time, the cuttings are used with the average cutting knife, and it’s easily changed and economic. Also it has function and durability.
3). Sleeve driving unit: 1 set
It’s the important part to fix mandrel. No matter the bottle is big or small, just spin the handed wheel to change the size. Moreover, its X and Y of axes is synchronous motion, so that it makes the mandrel stable and the circle spot accurate.
4). Label‘s brushing system: 1 set
It continuously use driven set’s armed designed theorem. Depends on the mandrel’s size, and adjust the width from handed wheel. Furthermore, it directly touches the mandrel. Forcefully inserting the label on the bottle, it won’t be influenced by static electricity, and so that it’s fast and right to insert.
5). Mandrel: 1 set
Whole mandrel design leads labels through cutting plate to cutting sleeve drive system and directly inserts the moving bottles. According to its design of double sleeve driving section, and more over four-spot clipped physical strength makes it more stable. In a long time with high speed running, it won’t be deviating from circle spot. So, it’s the key part of inserting label right or not.
6). Label accumulator: 1 set
Its design can keep the label into cutting in balance, and it wont influenced by the external force as wind.
7). Sleeve unwind section: 1 set
With its design, supporting spot can be changed by different paper core, the range from 5 inches to 10 inches.
8). Brush system: 1 sets
Distributed beside the conveyer, with different bottles, it can assist labels at fixed position totally.
9). Working table up & down unit: 1 set
Using the touching panel board, it can get with different bottle’s height.
Control system:
It includes each part of sensors and controller.
1.1. Staged sensor: 1 set
It’s the key structure to control the label long or short. Besides this, if the bottle shape is changed from circle to square, it easily can be changed direction for 45°. Then, it changes the material’s lay flat for inserting the square bottle easily.
1.2. Bottle sensor seat: 1 piece
Adjusted mechanism for convenience and speed, after sensing the bottles, the inserting seat is accurate and fast.
1.3. Interface operating
Using high qualified screen LCD of handed panel, its controlling order and breakdown obviated are shown on panel. the machine provides full-interface operation for easy maintainability.
