Seller reserves the right to change the shipping service and method based on cost at the time of shipment.  Buyer should expect normal wear associated with the mileage which may or may not be noted in the item listing.  Application information provided is strictly for reference only.  Buyer is responsible for verifying fitment to their application prior to purchase; buyers’ action of purchasing item is acknowledgment that application verification has occurred.  Purchase of item is an agreement by the buyer to assume all risks, including any liability or associated liability, with the installation or use of the purchased item.  Buyer may be required to program the item purchased to their vehicle with external software and support not provided by seller.   All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Returns must be inspected before credit is issued.  No returns will be accepted for items that have been damaged, modified, disassembled, or installed.  If an item is returned for any reason initial shipping will not be refunded.  Buyer is responsible for the cost and process of insured return shipping and must return the item in the original box and internal packaging.
