ESAB-Heath Ultra-Graph RC Series industrial shape cutting system complete with heavy-duty steel cutting table and a large collection of steel cutting templates/patterns.
Unlike a CNC system, the Ultra-Graph uses a magnetic tracing system to follow the contours of a metal template, mechanically guiding the cutting arm and torch to reproduce the shape in steel plate. ESAB describes the Ultra-Graph as a single-torch contour cutting system designed for accurate, repetitive production cutting.

ESAB specifications identify the Ultra-Graph power requirement as 115V, 50/60 Hz, single phase.
THIS IS AN OXY-FUEL CUTTING SYSTEM.
Buyer will need to provide the appropriate oxygen and fuel-gas supply to operate the cutter. ESAB documentation identifies acetylene, propane or natural gas with oxygen as fuel options depending on the torch, tips and cutting application.
Oxygen cylinders, acetylene/fuel-gas cylinders, regulators and the facility's external gas-supply equipment are NOT included.
The winning bidder receives the fabricated steel cutting table shown with the machine.
The table features a heavy steel frame and multiple vertical sacrificial steel slats designed to support plate during torch cutting while providing clearance beneath the workpiece.
CUTTING TABLE IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LOT.
Also included is the large assortment of steel cutting templates/patterns shown in the photographs.
The collection contains numerous shapes and sizes, including templates with circular openings, rectangular openings, angled profiles and other fabricated configurations.
These aren't just random pieces of scrap. The Ultra-Graph was specifically designed to use metal templates like these. A magnetic rotor follows the template contour and guides the cutting arm and torch to reproduce the desired shape.
