Extremely rare 1940s Matador Express 813 German piston filler in black celluloid with ink view. Clip is marked National which might be from another German manufacturer of the same date. Cap has name imprint and lower barrel near turning nob has model number. Seems little used nib marked 14kt 1st quality. Will ship overseas.
