from  Leila's Lockets ...

This choker has real weight and presence, a double row of interlocking oval links in a bold, chunky style that was everywhere in statement jewelry through the 1980s. Every link is uniform in size at 3/8" wide, giving the chain a consistent, structured rhythm down its full length, finished with a secure toggle clasp.

A note on the metal: this piece is unmarked, with no maker's mark or karat stamp present. Our AuRACLE analyzer detected a gold signal on the surface, which is why we're listing it as gold plated.

Details:

Condition:
Very good pre-owned condition. Clasp functions securely, no significant wear noted to the finish.

Why It Stands Out:
This is the kind of bold chain link design that designer costume brands built entire collections around in the 1980s, and at 34 grams it wears with genuine substance rather than sitting flat. The toggle clasp is a functional upgrade over a basic spring ring, and the uniform link size gives it a clean, structured look that layers well or stands alone.
