Vintage New Old Stock Mitchell Lurie Premium hard rubber Bb (B-Flat) soprano clarinet mouthpiece.

Mouthpiece is exceptionally clean and appears to be unplayed.  There are two very light surface scratches to the table likely from shop storage.
