Key Features:  Romantic square neckline accented with a pink ribbon faux-corset lace-up front.  Dramatic, flowing bell sleeves with delicate tie details at the elbows.  Empire waist leading into a tiered, ruffled maxi-length skirt.  Back zipper closure.

Measurements:  Bust (Armpit to Armpit): 34"; Under Bust:  28"; Waist and Hips are open/flowing as skirt is gathered at the empire waist and drops to hem; Length (Shoulder to Hem):  54"; Shoulder to Shoulder:  15".
