Application Method

1. Clean the CPU and heat sink surface, wipe the surface lightly with a cotton ball or cotton swab dampened with our thermal cleaner.
2. Place a tiny drop of thermal grease to the center of the cooler base, smear it evenly with scraper, best thickness is 0.13~0.15mm. You must make sure to spread it evenly for it to be effective.
3. Attach the heat sink to the processor and avoid removing the heat sink after installing it.




LN2 use : if you plan on running LN2 make sure to spread the paste along the IHS or GPU die generously. Once applied turn on the bench and let it get to 60c before pulling down on it to make sure that you have perfect mount.
