Q1: Will this bulb fit my vehicle?
A: We can match almost any vehicle. If your vehicle does not show up in the eBay compatibility chart above, please send us a message with your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model for a free consultation before purchasing.

Q2: My item has not arrived yet. What is taking so long?
A: Please check with your local delivery office first. For standard shipping, Royal Mail does not update the tracking status until a delivery attempt has been made. If it still hasn't arrived after a few additional days, let us know and we will solve it for you ASAP.

Q3: My bulbs won't fit. Help!
A: Please check the following three points:

Bulb Holder: Some vehicles require a special adapter. See if you can reuse the holder from your stock bulb.

Item Check: Verify if the size code on the package matches your order.

Aftermarket Housing: Non-original light assemblies may have different tolerances and require minor manual adjustments.

Q4: Neither side lights up? Or both sides flicker/hyper-flash?
A: LEDs are polarity sensitive. If they don't light up, please flip the plug 180 degrees and try again. If they flicker, hyper-flash, or work inconsistently, your vehicle's computer system likely requires an extra LED Decoder (Canbus adapter) or a Relay to stabilize the voltage. Contact us and we will help you get the right decoder!
