NO fault customer returns.  Tested and appears to be working.  Please see the photos of the unit you want as each item seems to have slightly different accessories.  The condition is pretty much the same for all.

We have tested the opening and closing part of the device and that works but have not tested the timer.

Also we noticed some units had PTFE tape on one unit; which is good for a watertight connection.  I also suggest cleaning the connection points as this will also help with a watertight connection.  Basically using the same principles one would use for any water tight connection be it waterpipes or hose pipes.
