Description
The Blue Bottle Rocket Stage One is the entry point into Blue's interchangeable-capsule Bottle Cap system - a Class A discrete, transformerless solid-state microphone body that changes character with the capsule fitted rather than needing a second microphone. This one comes with two capsules: the B-8 that ships with the Stage One, and the B-6, which is the standard capsule of Blue's flagship Bottle.
Key Features:
• Interchangeable Bottle Cap capsules - The bayonet mount accepts Blue's B0 through B8 capsules, so one body covers many microphone voices.
• Class A discrete, transformerless circuit - Delivers a clean signal with minimal distortion and colouration.
• Very low self noise - Under 7.5 dB, with an output level of +12 dBV.
• Two capsules included - The B-8 plus the B-6, the capsule fitted as standard to the far more expensive Blue Bottle.
• Custom shock mount included - The dedicated spider shock mount for the Bottle Rocket body.
• Hand assembled in the USA - Blue's Bottle-series bodies are precision designed and hand assembled in the United States.
