Circa 1980's USGS Nevada Index to Topographic and other map coverage, as well as the companion publication of Nevada June,1989 Catalog of Topographic and other published maps and a folding map of Nevada 7.5-Minute Quadrangle names.  All three are folded as made (see photos).   Excellent condition, almost as sold.
