Vintage 1940s "Klipper" all wool tie.
(see pic 2 showing an original Klipper advert)

Features a diamond check pattern in shades of brown, green, and beige with thin black stripes and yellow stripe.

Label to reverse states "Klipper" tie, All wool, Made in England

It measures approx 47l8 1/2" in length, 3 6/8" at the widest end.

Composition is all Wool as stated on the label.

The tie is in very good clean condition, the colours are bright and clear, original label is present and clear, ends are great. It is fresh, clean, and ready to wear upon receipt.

N.b there is a small pin type hole to front and a some marking to one section of front (see pics 16 & 17).
