this is in the original box, real sapphire and diamond, has been tested, no battery, my wife used this very little still has the price tag as in photos, fant smell of vintage on box, just because it's been stored, small wrist but had a link taken out,still with watch,please no returns,no combine shipping,take it to a watch place to make sure you put it's battery  in correctly,I know it did work,however been in storage for a few yrs, battery inside is dead.Gold in color thats really all i know about this ..Jeweler could tell you more.Im just selling as is
