Vintage R-S-L Durex feather badminton shuttlecocks in the original red cardboard storage tube.

The tube is marked R.S.L. Durex Badminton Shuttlecocks and was manufactured by R.S.L. Shuttlecocks Co. Ltd., Altoona, Pennsylvania, and distributed by General Sportcraft Co., New York City. One end is stamped “78 GRAINS.”

Includes 2 vintage feather shuttlecocks. One shuttlecock was carefully removed for photography and shows age-related feather wear, including a small dark spot/stain on one feather. The second shuttlecock remains farther inside the tube and was not removed in order to avoid possible damage to the delicate feathers.Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with substantial age and storage wear to the original cardboard tube, including scuffs, dent om front, scratches, fading, edge wear, creasing and areas of paper/finish loss. One end cap has a darker rectangular area/discoloration remaining after removal of an old price sticker. Please review all photographs carefully for condition.

The shuttlecocks are being offered as vintage sporting collectibles and have not been tested for play.
