CONDITION and FEATURES:
Unused Maui Built "Aloha Culture" casual board/beach shorts with elastic waist and drawstring; no tags.
No defects or issues that we can find, other than the size label being inaccurate. Please look closely at all photos as photos are considered to be part of the item description.
- Material: 87% Polyester, 13% Spandex per label - slightly stretchy material (exclusive of decor such as drawstring and pocket patch)
- Care: Machine Washable
- Color: Base color is black, with multi-color Maui Built logo pineapples

Although the label states size XL , measurements indicate that these are a LARGE. Please compare the actual measurements below with your own shorts of a similar style to help ensure a proper fit. Our photos show these measurements with tape measures for your reference.
Min. Waist (as measured when elastic is not stretched): 34"
Max. Waist (as measured when elastic is fully stretched): 42"... but they probably won't be comfortable at all if stretched this far!
Rise (from crotch seam to top of front waistband): 13"
Length - Outer (from waist to leg hem): 18"
Inseam Length (from crotch seam to leg hem): 6"
Leg Circumference (at the hem): 22"

SHIPPING:
WE SHIP FROM HAWAI'I! Simply due to the distance from here to the US mainland and it's territories, our shipping costs are slightly higher when compared to items shipping from within the mainland. Items may take a few extra days or so to arrive, again, due to the distance and number of postal transfers. We the sellers, have no control over of the USPS prices or the actual shipping time, especially if there are delays due to weather, pandemic, or holidays.

We have no control over your package once USPS has it in their possession. If you are experiencing any delivery issues (non-delivery, mis-delivered, damaged, stolen, etc.), you must contact YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE. After it has left Hawaiian Islands, our post offices here cannot help you.
Shipping costs include: The actual cost of USPS shipping, plus the cost of any packing-related materials used for your specific item such as envelopes, bags, cardboard supports, boxes, foam, bubble wrap, packing papers, etc.
DOMESTIC Shipping: Your item will ship via USPS Ground Advantage mail within one Business day after eBay has confirmed your payment and mailing address. Make sure that the mailing address is fully correct; we do not ship to email-requested address corrections. If you have accidentally given us an incorrect address, you must cancel your purchase then repurchase using the correct address.
Combined Domestic Shipping? Usually we can combine items into one package for shipping **depending on what the items are**. This will change the shipping weight. If the combined shipping cost is less than the shipping fees that you already paid for, we will refund the excess monies back to you.

How eBay's International Shipping Program works: First, we will ship your item to one of eBay's International Shipping warehouses. There, the package will be examined and then re-labelled with your International shipping address, and international tracking number. (You will be able to see the tracking number through your eBay account.) Your item will then ship to your International address. Please expect an extended shipping time frame. We, the sellers, cannot control this extended shipping time frame.
