The "Newquay Fisherman" is an 8-inch collectible folk art doll made by Shallowpool Handicraftsa Cornish enterprise active from the 1950s to the 1980s. These were all totally hand made by Peggy Price, Joan Rickarby, and Muriel Fogarty near Looe, Cornwall. This one has a couple of small losses to the hands glaze, otherwise very good. Size and condition are shown in the photos.
