New in package. Package has some small round holes in the corners that look like they were originally meant to be there. There is however an actual hole in the plastic packaging below "Burlington." The plastic packaging has some general wear and marks.

The plastic packaging has not been opened, but I did notice some little pieces of dust/dirt inside that probably came in from the holes in the plastic.

Packaging measures about 13" x 9.5"
