Helios is the Greek god of the sun believed to be the actual personification of that central star of the solar system. He is portrayed in the series of the “Divine faces of the sun” in an antique finish. Like the sun, Helios is believed to be an unbiased witness of all events under the sun. The main decorations that unite all the coins of the series are selective gilding and the amber insert. The warm yellow glow of natural stone symbolizes the sun.

Helios coin's reverse depicts an impressive image of Helios with partial gilding on the face. The god is depicted in High Relief, holding a lovely Amber in his hand. Helios' four horses are behind him. The inscription HELIOS – the coin's name – appears at the top of the reverse.
