Intermediate Shaft Connection: The front right (passenger-side) axle connects directly to an intermediate shaft (half-shaft) on the vehicle. When removing your old passenger axle, it must be separated from the existing intermediate shaft, rather than pulling the intermediate shaft out of the transmission assembly.
