Offered for your consideration is one (1) vintage Vifa of Denmark # D19TD-27 19mm (¾”) dome tweeter, manufactured in 1995. It was original equipment in my Paradigm CC-150 center channel speaker, made in Canada in 1995.
So, please have a look at my large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this capable Vifa tweeter should be yours.
This Vifa tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. It has a perfect soft dome, slightly recessed beneath the sturdy plastic faceplate for protection. Plus, the faceplate has no scuffs, scratches, or cracks. Also, the +/- terminals are marked for polarity and have never been soldered on the spades. This Vifa tweeter is exceptionally well preserved overall.
More importantly, its been fully tested and sounds terrific—strong, with clear high frequency output to a sparkly 20kHz. Plus, I tested its DC resistance at 6.9Ω, consistent with its nominal 8 ohm rating. Lastly, the faceplate measures 3⅝” across, the assembly stands 1⅛” tall, and the three mounting holes are 2⅞” apart, center-to-center.
