Katar is also known as Tiger knife.

The blade has a double edge, central raised spine and armor piercing tip.

blade made in old water pattern (wootz) steel. It's made with a solid strong blade.

handle & grip also made of old Damascus steel pattern.  but it's very rare to be well made with both materials in one piece.

Item is in its condition, and i am selling it as it is only and pictures are parts of description. This is a very beautiful katar / tiger knife.  It has a nice aging patina.  A very good piece for a beginner's collection.
