X-BULL offers a 12-month warranty on most products from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Accidents, misuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance.
  3. Natural disasters or other external causes.
  4. Unauthorised modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair by any person not approved by X-BULL (standard periodic maintenance excluded.
  5. Consumable parts and accessories – including but not limited to chains, chainsaw bars, carry bags, solenoid relays, ropes, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, and nets – are not covered once used, or if damage is caused by normal wear and tear.

How warranty claims are handled:

  1. Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we offer may vary. To help us resolve your issue quickly, we generally require photos to be sent by email. Once the fault is confirmed, we may send replacement parts to the customer. Other resolutions may also be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.
  2. Any replacement provided will be covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period.

30-Day Free Returns – X‑BULL

  1. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery – free of charge.
  2. Item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging
  3. If the item has defects or signs of use, a full refund cannot be provided.
  4. Pack securely – do not write or stick anything on the item or its inner box.
