NOT MARKED OR DATED I THINK IT WAS FRENCH MADE AND A TRADE ITEM TO THE NATIVE AMERICANS. FROM A PORTSMOUTH OHIO COLLECTION, SCIOTO COUNTY. I BELIEVE IT'S 1825 ISH AND PRE CIVIL WAR, INDIAN WARS.
