Vintage Dualite Vernor's Clock with Imperfections. Selling as “Does Not Work”. It's the plastic gears in the motor mechanism. The bulb just needs changed. 

Clock face is vibrant for age. Appears to have mechanism, bulb, cord, hands, etc. Two cracks pictured center of plastic clear cover and top of clock not seen from front. Still shows very well!
