All original, church owned, single owner - powers up, works perfect.  The pictures show that I have it hooked up to sound board and two 800 Watt Yamaha Monitors - this thing cranks.  DOES NOT HAVE the volume knobs, but volume setting is easy to set with flathead (you don't want to turn these once set anyway).  MANUAL is available online.  I am using a Neutrik Speakon cable output with a 1/4 jack input.  System works perfect.
