Classic work I have read many times and have other copies of.  Christian Philosophy at its best.  No torn pages, no dog ears, no loose pages, no writing inside or highlight markers.  Good binding.  Slight wear on the edges, corners of cover, but nothing taking away from the structure overall of the presentation of the book or binding.  Great piece.
