I am certain the handle material is ivory or tooth of some kind and not bone. The age precludes anything synthetic. Overall condition is good. The stem is pressed slightly into the bowl. No breaks, tears or additional dents. The initials on the back of the bowl should be easily identifiable, but I'll leave the interpretation of the second letter to those that are able to read the script. Other than saying the hallmarks are Georgian, I'll leave identification of the rest to someone that knows better too. The length is 4 1/8" or 10.4cm.
