RARE Spider-Man Vs. Venom three panel hologram film for sunglasses-not released!  Each panel was supposed to be cut for the sunglasses.  This panel appears to have been discarded due the issue to the lower left on the bottom panel and rescued before being destroyed.  What makes this one exceptionally rare is the Black Spider-man overlay.  None of the few others I was able to find, had this overlay.  Maybe this was the original design and they decided to can it-I am not sure.
