Dak Mark lX Radio Telephone With Micro-monitor Not fully Tested Powers On

This unit looks like it never has been touched, all original screws I can see the tubes are lighting up.

I here a internal noise when I turn it on and some buzzing when I turn the control knobs.

Very little surface rust on the bottom of the unit, over all this is in EXCELLENT condition
