This antique plate has gold trim around its edge and around each well. A fine, squiggly gold pattern fills between the wells. Some wear in gold around edges. On the back of the plate, there is what appears to be a cut, possibly in the original making of the plate as it does not appear to go through to the front of the plate and it appears to have some gold paint down in it. It is shown in photos. Another sign of aging is a chip in the finish on the back of the plate near the rim. Again, it is shown in photos. Small chip and line in the base of the plate.
