I have wondered if this is fine, white porcelain or fine thick glass. The raised foot is very indicative of Chinese porcelain. The style of painting is also Chinese in nature and quality.. if it is not Chinese, it is made in the manner of with the tall foot being indicative of Chinese porcelain. Also, the fact that it is not marked, can often be the case with good antique Chinese porcelain. There are a few very tiny chips on the glazed part of the stopper, which fits down into the bottle. If you examine the foot, you will see that the item is glazed rather than painted, and although the bottom is not cut in like most Chinese pieces, some of them are simply cut to perfection flat like this piece . It’s always something that slows you down always the quality of this is astounding. 4 x 3 3/4“
