A new plinth for the the Thorens TD 150 turntable, made from solid 10mm maple wood with oak internal fixings. I have adjusted this particular plinth so either a Mk1 or Mk2 turntable unit will drop straight in.

This is being listed as 'B stock' as the maple has some natural pitting. It still looks lovely, just a bit more as nature intended. There is a very thin fill to the bottom right corner edge of the rear panel (see last pic). The fill is out of sight and isn't very noticeable even when you go looking for it.

I think this would be a really good basis for a project.  The maple has received one coat of Danish oil to seal it, leaving you free to apply more oil to bring out the plinth's natural colour, or to stain it any colour you wish.

I am including a cut-to-size 12mm MDF baseboard with the plinth, so you have everything you need to house a very fine looking TD 150.

To give you an idea of how it looks, the last two pics show this plinth with a Mk1 TD 150 in place.
