A used but good condition navy velvet show hat -

It’s in really good condition on the outside

Inside has been cleaned but there is some makeup bleaching to the forehead area

Minor wear to the foam lining but it’s in acceptable safe order

I think it’s quite a generous 54 as I can get it on ( but wouldn’t wear it as too tight - I take a 56 normally)

So if you’re inbetween sizes - it will be perfect

Or you can add more internal padding if needed
