I will combine shipping on multiple
auctions won. You must buy

Shipping
Changes
Your item will ship as quickly as possible. I ship every other business day via
USPS, and sometimes FedEx and
UPS. I use priority mail on
most of my USPS items. However, the Buyer understands I have the right to
change
shipping methods depending
on the item, the box, the packing materials, or any other reasons. This change
in
shipment may change the
actual shipping cost to me the Seller but will not increase or decrease the
shipping cost
to the Buyer. The shipping
costs stated in the Listing are non-negotiable and will remain the same
as stated in
the current listing.

Best Offer prices submitted by buyers will be processed by me as for the item
only, never for a reduction in the
shipping costs. This

There are times when
recycled materials are used for shipping. You may receive recycled
packaging. This helps
keep our prices low and
helps the environment. I try to package all our items in the same way
I would like to
receive my shipments, as
safe and protected as possible. Every item is described as accurately as
possible, if
you have questions, please
ask before bidding or buying. For Clothing and
other materials, the Item may arrive
with wrinkles from shipping
and packaging.

Returns and
Refunds are Accepted only for the Following Reasons:
If there was a huge mistake
in the description or the photos, then a return and refund is accepted. If the
item is
Broken or it does not work,
then a return and refund is accepted. The Buyer must contact me within 3 Days
of
receiving the item and
explain the problem. The Buyer pays for the return shipping and is also
responsible.
for repacking the item

are issued

a card or item will be graded or certified or authenticated if you
submit them to be
graded or authenticated

are completely Satisfied
with the Condition. All Trading Cards, Sports, Non-Sports, Post Cards,
Photographs and

gradable items I sell are Sold "as is" no returns.
For Expired
Ink, Expired Film, Expired Computer Storage items, Expired or out of date
Computer Software
and any
other Expired or Out of Date items or Media or any Electronics, because of
their age, are subject to
breaking or not working
correctly, I have no idea if or when they will fail or break. And they
eventually will. I have
no way of knowing when in
the future. These Expired and Out of Date items are being sold as collector
items and
are being sold as not
working, they are sold "as is" and they are not guaranteed in
any way shape or form.
These items cannot be
returned.
For Junk
Lots and Estate Lots, the items may be Dusty, Dirty, may.
be broken or not working,
they may have parts or pieces missing, they may have Scratches, Marks,
Blemishes,
Crumples, Creases, and
