Works by hand or with a sanding/polishing tool
Clean the headlight lens with water and mask the surrounding painted area to protect it. Attach a sanding disc to the backer pad and sand — by machine or by hand — working from coarse to fine: P800 → P1200 → P2000.
Note: Constant water helps the sanding operation run smoothly. Internal yellowing inside sealed units cannot be treated.Swap to the orange sponge disc and apply the blue-sachet polishing paste. Buff for around 5 minutes until the lens is shining and free of visible polishing marks. Rinse the headlight with water and dry thoroughly.
Using the white sponge disc, apply an even coat of UV protective fluid. Let it sit and dry for 15 minutes out of direct sunlight, then cure in direct sunlight for 1–2 hours.
