The N2795A is an affordable, single-ended active probe featuring the AutoProbe interface. It combines essential features for modern high-speed probing, particularly in digital system design, component characterization, and educational research. With a 1MΩ input resistance and very low input capacitance (1 pF), it minimizes loading on the device under test (DUT). This, along with excellent signal fidelity, makes it suitable for most contemporary digital logic voltages. Its wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±8 V) allow for diverse applications.

The N2795A 1 GHz active probe is ideal for high signal integrity probing and complements Keysight's 500MHz and 600MHz bandwidth Infiniium and InfiniiVision Series scopes.

It features a white LED headlight to illuminate the test circuit and is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an extra power supply. The probe includes various accessories for easy circuit connections.

It is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision 3000/3000T X-, 4000 X-, 6000 X-, 5000, 6000 (except 6000 100 MHz), 7000, and Infiniium 9000, S-Series, and 90000A Series.
