The buttons were replaced with this pearloid set and I do not have the originals to include. The parts shown are the parts you will receive. 

Used but in very good condition. They will fit many modern Fender guitar necks with this common dual guide pen mount with a 10 mm center fastener. The set in the photos is the actual set you will receive. No functional issues and includes all the parts shown.
