Card Conditions
If a card says it's in LP or Excellent Condition, it will be in at least Lightly Played/ Excellent Condition-it may be higher. If a card says it's in NM, it will be in at least Near Mint-it may be Mint. Ultimately, please use the photos to decide if the card has the condition you are after: the photos are what the card is being sold on!

Individual cards will be sleeved and sent with a top loader or other equivalent backing. These will be carefully packaged into a team bag for robust protection. Cards will be in a penny sleeve or in a special edition sleeve with many different themes, and made from extra-quality materials. All parcels will be carefully packaged.
Returns
Due to card-swapping scams, returns are not available if you change your mind about a card. If a card is damaged when you receive it, and it does not match the listing description, then the usual return policy still applies. Please note that photos of all cards are made before packaging, and of the packaging itself, to help aid claims.
