This set is not complete and only the items shown in the photographs are included.

Used condition with general marks, scratches and signs of previous play. One of the small window sections on the front of the treehouse is damaged/missing, as clearly shown in the photographs. There may also be other missing small fittings, railings, ladders and accessories due to the set being incomplete.

The figures and furniture may not all have originally belonged to this particular set.

A very large and impressive discontinued Sylvanian Families playset, ideal for play, display or completing with additional accessories.
