If an item is damaged in shipment or there are any condition issues that I missed, please send me a note and a photograph.  No returns will be accepted without a photograph.   We will not accept returns because an item "does not fit" or because the buyer "changed their mind". We only ship our jewelry in a box, so be sure to check out our other listings and our eBay store items (over 4450, all on sale).  Several pieces of jewelry will ship for the same price as one piece, or jewelry can ship with larger pieces at no extra cost.  We don’t mark up our items by a great amount, so reasonable offers only please on store items.
