I'm sorry but I am now charging postage as too many people do not read and ask to cancel order and then I get stuck paying for the postage label when it wasn't sent. This causes too many issues and loss of money when I am trying to earn an income. Thank you for your understanding!

I'm not responsible if the body has any stains from dark clothing, as someone once received a doll in a red/black/dark outfit and said the body was stained. These dolls are roughly 20 years old, and this happens. Acne cream 10+ will remove this by wrapping the parts affected with cling film/plastic wrap, put in a muted light (window). I would advice putting the doll face down on clean surface (towel, etc) to prevent fading from the sun. Repeat this technique if required.
