The product is designed to help maintain the amount of microflora in the intestine and normal intestinal and stomach function. In addition, it can help control weight and maintain normal blood sugar levels. The food supplement is enriched with live bacteria: Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus plantarum and the good bacteria Bacillus Coagulans (LactoSpore®), the effects of which are based on clinical studies.
· Flaxseed can help improve digestion, contribute to weight control and maintain normal bowel and stomach function.
· Milk thistle fruit can help maintain normal blood sugar levels and heart function.
· Plantain seed husks can help maintain normal bowel function.
· Acacia gum can help maintain the amount of beneficial bacteria in the colon, intestinal health (production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs)) and support bowel and kidney function. It can also contribute to blood glucose control.

Directions for use:
For adults: pour 1 teaspoon (about 3.5 g) into 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling), mix well. Drink immediately until the ingredients have settled. Take 2 times a day, 15–20 minutes before meals.
For children: 1 teaspoon (about 3.5 g) pour 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling), stir well. Drink immediately, until the ingredients have settled. Take 1 time per day, 15-20 minutes before meals.
Can also be used in cooking: to flavor porridges, salads, soups, as well as mix into healthy cocktails.
Do not use in case of swallowing disorders.
