Up for auction is a vintage ceramic collector's plate featuring a scene of a street with an archway and buildings, with "Eastgate, Chester" written at the bottom. The design is known as the "Safe Harbour" pattern. The plate is a vintage collectible item, marked "Old England" and  the EMPIRE makers mark on the reverse. The plate is in good condition with no chips or cracks. It measures approx 23 cms diameter.
