Zoom mechanism issue:
The camera powers on and functions normally. The lens extends and retracts correctly in most cases.
However, when powering off, the lens occasionally stops just before fully retracting (approximately 1 cm remaining) and displays a “Zoom Error” message.
A very light manual assistance is sometimes required to allow the lens to fully retract.
Please review the video carefully, where the issue is clearly demonstrated.
