This is a vintage 3 section toy telescope from Japan. I believe that this was made circa 1960s by Pango International Toys. Measures ~ 16" inches long and 21.5" inches long when all 3 sections are extended. The cylinder is made of cardboard, end pieces and 2 smaller cylinder sections are made of tin. The telescope shows some wear and dust.
