Scheduling Your Delivery:
Once you place your order  you have the flexibility to either reach out to us and request a specific delivery day however this must be done at check out by leaving a note otherwise we cannot promise the scheduled delivery, or your item will be delivered according to the estimated arrival date provided by eBay. This estimated delivery window is based on our carrier’s delivery schedule and availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences within this timeframe.

Delivery Date Confirmation:
To ensure that you’re fully informed about your delivery, the day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive an eBay message  confirming the delivery has been shipped . Please keep an eye out for this communication, as it will give you all the information you need, including a more accurate window of delivery.

Delivery Time and Routes:
While we strive to offer flexibility, please note that delivery times cannot be specifically chosen. Our couriers follow pre-determined routes, which means that delivery times are subject to those routes and may vary. Therefore, we can provide you with estimated delivery times, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific hours. Changing Your Delivery Schedule:
If you need to make any changes to your delivery schedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your delivery is scheduled. Due to the logistics involved, any changes made after this timeframe may not be accommodated. We highly recommend planning ahead to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Delivery to Communal Door:
For most properties, the courier will deliver to the communal door of your residence. Please be aware that couriers are not authorized to take your items beyond the communal door or into your home. This is to ensure the safety and efficiency of the delivery process, as well as to comply with our carrier’s policies. Once you accept the delivery, you are confirming that your order has arrived in good condition at the agreed delivery location.

Free Delivery Terms:
Our free delivery service is available exclusively to Mainland UK addresses. However, there are certain postcodes that do not qualify for free delivery. The following postcodes are excluded from the free delivery offer:

• AB, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY, DD, PL, EX, SA, LD, LL, SY, TQ, FK

If your delivery address falls within one of the above postcodes, please contact us before purchasing. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized delivery quote, ensuring you know the exact cost of delivery to your location.

Off-Shore Islands Exclusion:
Please note, we do not offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands. This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Jersey, and other islands outside of Mainland UK. Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to accommodate these areas at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
