Tolerance Range: Product dimensions and stroke may exhibit 1-3cm manufacturing tolerances; measure workpieces and adjust height before use to prevent mismatches.

Overload Risk: Exceeding the 6000N maximum pressure is strictly prohibited, as it may cause motor damage or push rod deformation.

Motor Protection: Prevent motor burnout by avoiding obstructed push rod movement (e.g., workpiece jamming); limit continuous operation to 30 minutes to prevent overheating.

Stroke Setting Safety: When configuring stroke, ensure it does not exceed physical space constraints (e.g., push rod downward travel must not exceed 50mm), otherwise forced stalling, gear damage, or motor failure may occur.

Hazards: High-pressure operation may cause crushing injuries; always wear protective equipment (e.g., gloves and safety goggles) and keep body parts clear of the push rod area.
