This exact color/design retails $1200 in mint condition.  This one is priced accordingly to reflect condition issues consistent with age as listed and seen in photos:

- Corrosion to the metal latch

- Closure is off by a little leaving a small gap on the left side of the horse

- Plastic lining has some cracking, discoloration, and stains

- Maker's mark on interior is partially worn away

- The underside of the leather handles is missing.  Should be two layers sewn together.  Only a single layer remains.

Despite these issues, it is still a highly collectible piece, still gorgeous and still functional.  Can be restored.
