The recent changes to tariffs in the US mean that I can no longer use any Canada Post service to ship items to the USA, as they are not compliant with collecting duties.  Any items you purchase will have to be sent using either UPS or Fedex, and you may be liable to pay additional duties depending on where the items were manufactured.  Most of the items I sell were manufactured in either the US (which shouldn't require a tariff), or the UK (which I believe is a 10% tariff).  I have added all the relevant information to each listing, so you can see exactly what you'll pay.  Unfortunately, these changes also mean that shipping costs to the USA will rise, so I am now allowing offers on all items.

Games Workshop Lord of the Rings Lurtz Figure
This metal figure is in very good condition, and has been partially painted.  He was released as part of the Forces of Evil range of figures for the Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game from Games Workshop, and would make an unusual addition to a current Orc force for The Old World or Age of Sigmar.  The first picture shows the actual item you will receive, whilst the second picture is from an old Games Workshop catalogue.

Terms and Conditions
1) I always try to combine postage to the benefit of the buyer, but due to Canada Post pricing this isn't always possible.  If you're interested in purchasing several items from me, especially boxed sets and blister packs, please request a postage price before bidding to avoid disappointment.
2) If you win any of my auctions, but want to bid on others ending several days later, please let me know so that I don't send you an unnecessary invoice.
3) Payment must be received within one week of the auction ending, unless I agree otherwise.  Buyers who don't pay within one week will be reported to eBay and blocked from bidding on future auctions.
4) I will always try to provide plastic arms, weapons and bases where necessary, but may not always have the items available, so if you just assume you are only getting the figure(s) shown in the associated picture(s) you won't be disappointed.

Disclaimer
The figures I have for sale are not toys, and shouldn't be given to, or left near, unsupervised children or pets.  Some of the older figures may also contain lead, so make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after touching them, especially before eating, sucking your fingers or rubbing your eyes.  I cannot be held responsible for any injury that occurs from the misuse of the figures I sell.
